Welcome!
We are a family of four with mom and dad and two little girls aged 5 and 1. Mom and dad have always had a sense of adventure and a passion for travel, and that didn’t stop once the kiddos arrived. My husband Sean owns his own business and that allows us to work remote and have time for travel. I have a passion for creating and writing and have a motherhood youtube channel. You can catch me by the pool with my notebook scribbling down all my latest ideas while the girls soak in some Panamanian rays.
We’ve been expats (or someone who doesn’t live in their home country) for over seven years now! Phew, I cannot believe we’ve been on the road that long but now for us it just seems normal. Our youngest daughter was born in Panama and is Panamanian!
We started our journey in 2013 with a brand new baby and a dream to see the world. Our first stop was Freeport in Grand Bahama. You guys, the Bahamas are some of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen! But for us, we caught island fever pretty early on and decided that we wanted to see more then beautiful beaches (crazy I know). So in 2015 we packed our backpacks (literally) and flew across the sea all the way to Europe where we spent three months touring Europe with a two year old in tow. Backpacking with a toddler was interesting for sure, but something I would never take back.
After our trip, we decided that we wanted to settle down for awhile, and we landed in Panama City, Panama. There is something intoxicating about the Latin culture and their zest for life. But, a year into living in Panama and ten months after our second daughter was born we decided it was time to put in our traveling boots and head over to Europe again. This time with a preschooler and a baby.
We’ve been back in Panama for almost a year, and the travel bug has bitten us again. So in June of 2019, we are moving once again. This time though, we’re going to be on the move for at least a year! There are so many places we haven’t seen yet and we are so excited to share this adventure with you.
